Cyclone HT-AREN

The separator cyclone MANUFACTURE BY Tama Aernova is used as a preventive treatment for the partial reduction of the polluting elements present in the air, if you want to limit the dust load arriving at the filter. The separator cyclone HT-AREN is particularly suitable for the separation of dust generated by biomass combustion. The coating for high temperatures and suitable components allow its use up to 250 ° C.

Advantages

The separator cyclone is able to recover most of the incoming dust by exploiting the centrifugal force to which the dispersed particles are subjected. A special easy to move bin allows the accumulation and when required the recovery and reuse of the separated material. Our separator cyclone is sturdy, economical, easy to install and transport and requires very little maintenance.

How it works

The air flow to be treated is conducted tangentially within the separator cyclone, accelerated and driven to describe a circular trajectory. The particles, due to the effect of centrifugal force, separate from the gaseous flow that contains them and are distributed against the wall of the cyclone. After, the particles are dragged by the force of gravity to the lower part of the filter, where they are collected.

Separation efficiency depends on:

  • average particle size (particle size distribution);
  • average specific weight of the particles;
  • gas flow rate
  • construction geometry of the cyclone.

Given the particularity of the operation, it is very important that during the design specific flow rate and temperature of use are defined. As already mentioned, the particle size is one of the variables that strongly influence the cyclone performance, that is more suitable for the treatment of larger particulate.
