The plug&play horizontal cartridge dust collectors designed and manufactured by Tama Aernova are dry filtering systems that purify air from the solid particles in suspension. Their installation allows to treat a wide range of pollutants, responding mainly to the needs of thermal cutting and surface treatment.
How it works
The dusty air is conveyed to the cartridges from the outside to the inside, depositing the impurities on the external part of the filter elements and in the collecting hopper. A compressed air jet, stored in a special tank, is injected cyclically in the cartridges, creating a wave of shaking able to detach and topple the particles deposited on the external part of the cartridges.
Advantages
All models are plug&play, i.e. they are fitted with control panel, economizer and fan (with the exception of the ATEX version which as standard features only fan and economizer).
The filter cartridges installed horizontally allow a better cleaning, a longer life and a low consumption of compressed air, thanks to the descending air flow and the control through a pressure gauge.
The cartridge dust collectors Plug&Play have a high filtering surface, are compact, easy to move and to transport.

Plug&Play Horizontal Cartridge Filter - OPF
The OPF horizontal cartridge filter by Tama Aernova is a plug&play filtration system, with an electrical panel, economizer and fan as standard.
The filter inlet consists of a pre-removal chamber which, thanks to the presence of the metal pre-filter, prevents incandescent particles from reaching the filter elements.
It is particularly suitable for the extraction of dust and fumes resulting from welding, laser cutting, “light duty” plasma cutting (<200A) and in case of fine and light dust.

The OPF horizontal cartridge filter by Tama Aernova is a plug&play filtration system, with an electrical panel, economizer and fan as standard.
The filter inlet consists of a pre-removal chamber which, thanks to the presence of the metal pre-filter, prevents incandescent particles from reaching the filter elements.
It has been designed and optimized for the extraction of dust and fumes resulting from the operations of tube laser cutting machines.

It is particularly suitable for the extraction of dust and fumes resulting from welding, oxy-fuel cutting and “heavy duty” plasma cutting operations (>200A).

The OPF-S horizontal cartridge filter by Tama Aernova is a plug&play filtration system, with electrical panel, economizer and fan as standard.
The filter inlet consists of a pre-removal chamber which, thanks to its zigzag configuration, limits the entry of coarser particulate matter and incandescent particles.
It is particularly suitable for the extraction of dust and fumes resulting from brushing, grinding, rounding and sanding.

ATEX Horizontal Cartridge Filter - OPF-X
The horizontal cartridge filter by Tama Aernova OPF-X is a filtration system with Atex compliant components.
It comes with Atex fan and Atex economizer as standard; the electrical panel, on the other hand, requires a separate additional configuration.
This configuration is intended only for outdoor installation.
