Horizontal cartridge dust collectors
The horizontal cartridge dust collector designed and manufacture by Tama Aernova is a dry filtering system to purify air from the solid particles in suspension. Its installation makes it possible to treat a wide range of pollutants.
How it works
The dusty air is conveyed to the cartridges from the outside to the inside, depositing the impurities on the external part of the filter elements and in the collecting hopper. A compressed air jet, stored in a special tank, is injected cyclically in the cartridges, creating a wave of shaking able to detach and topple the particles deposited on the external part of the cartridges.
Horizontal cartridge dust collectors advantages
Thanks to the descending air flow and the control through a pressure gauge, the filter cartridges installed horizontally allow a better cleaning, a longer life and a low consumption of compressed air. The cartridge dust collector has a high filtering surface, it is compact, easy to move and to transport.
Horizontal cartridge dust collectors standard equipment
- Filtration chamber
- Hopper with support legs
- Door for maintenance
- Cleaning pneumatic system for cartridges controlled by differential pressure switch
- Collection bin
- Electrical panel
- Pressure regulator
Optional equipment for all configurations
- Continuous discharge with rotary valve
- Second stage of filtration with absolute filters
- Fan engine start with soft starter or inverter
The horizontal cartridge filter OPF inlet consists of a pre-filter chamber which, thanks to its configuration, prevents the incandescent particles from reaching the filtering elements. It is particularly suitable for the suction of dust and fumes resulting from laser, plasma or oxygen cutting, welding, grinding and in the presence of fine and light dust.
The horizontal cartridge filter OPF-P can be used in various fields of application for a wide range of different dust. Moreover, it is modular in its main parts directly by the costumer according to specific needs and type of use.
The ORV cartridge filter is particularly suitable for the suction of dust deriving from polyester, epoxy or epoxy-polyester powder coating operations and which can form potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX). It is available in different sizes and is able to cover the most varied air flows within the required dimensional limits. ORV filter has a large filtering surface, is particularly compact, easy to handle and transport and quick to install. The down flow of the inlet air and the cartridges installed horizontally allow a better cleaning, a longer life of the filtering elements and a lower consumption of compressed air. [...]
