Maxicarbo Activated Carbon Filter
The activated carbon filter is a filtration system that uses the contact of the air with the activated carbon to stop the Volatile Organic Substances. It is an adsorber filter that guarantees the quality of the air in the work environment and the reduction of smells generated by the V.O.C.
Advantages
The activated carbon filter MAXI CARBO is a type of activated carbon adsorber filter, ideal for the retention of effluents with high concentrations of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). The filtering unit is characterized by a completely welded steel structure with 1 or 2 vertical beds of activated carbon. The coal is loaded in the upper part through a door, while the extraction of exhausted coal is provided in the lower part by a guillotine shutter. The particular geometric shape allows to speed up and simplify the operations of loading and unloading of the activated carbon.
How it works
The MAXI CARBO is equipped with one or two charcoal vertical beds inside the rhombus structure, crossed by the gaseous flow which, thanks to the appropriate contact time with the active carbons, releases the VOCs adsorbed by the carbon itself. The filter is not equipped with pre-filtration, therefore any solid particulates present in the air must be previously retained by other filtering systems.
