CA Activated Carbon Filter
The activated carbon filter is a filtration system that uses the contact of the air with the activated carbon to stop the Volatile Organic Substances. It is an adsorber filter that guarantees the quality of the air in the work environment and the reduction of smells generated by the V.O.C.
Advantages
The CA activated carbon filter is designed for the filtration of pollutants containing Volatile Organic Substances with not high concentrations and for not particularly heavy applications. The units of this model have been conceived with a modular logic that allows to meet all the possible requirements in terms of capacity and possible space constraints. They can be used both as individual filtration units and as a post-filtration unit in combination with mechanical filtration (pockets) and electrostatic filtration units, equipped with a centrifugal fan in the CA M version. Thanks to the small cartridges, containing about 3 kg of coal each, the periodic replacement maintenance operation is very simple and easy.
How it works
The canalized polluted air is conveyed to the mechanical pre-filter in which the pollutants are deposited with greater physical consistency. The pre-filtered air passes through the cartridges containing the activated carbon, depositing the various volatile pollutant components.
