TAMA Aernova Italia doubles output and expands workforce

We have gone from a covered area of 9 thousand square metres to today’s 18 thousand. The land we purchased is adjacent to our headquarters. We have combined it with the land we already owned and created a large industrial site equipped with the best installations and the most advanced technologies”: in the words of founder Giovanni Coletti, this sums up the industrial expansion project that took concrete form in July 2024 with the inauguration, in Mollaro, of a totally renovated factory. Acquisition of the structure opened the way to a strategic reorganisation of production, with the aim of accommodating growing demand from the global market and supporting the consequent increase in volumes.

The change, therefore, is driven by the need to address multiple demands which, on the one hand, follow the paradigm of steady, continuous growth that has characterised TAMA Aernova's management policy since 1985, and on the other hand reflect the proactive approach of a company capable of anticipating the current and future needs of the international industrial and manufacturing sectors.

A significant portion of the budget earmarked for the operation was invested in the purchase of state-of-the-art machinery and the installation of systems for the extraction and reduction of dust produced in the various departments. Various types of horizontal cartridge filters were adopted, depending on what type of application was involved: the three Modul Air filters were sized to meet the needs of the laser cutting, welding and painting departments, while the plug&play OPF-T and OPF-S filters were applied to laser tube cutting and sanding. The systems are equipped with sensors to monitor emissions and adjust them to fit actual usage needs, improving their performance in terms of energy consumption and ensuring that operations always comply with the emission limits set by current regulations.

Another portion of the capital has been used to activate a warehouse for the storage of finished and semi-finished products, aimed at optimising loading-unloading procedures and speeding up the transit of goods. Other funds have gone into the construction of offices and premises for meetings with customers, including a showroom to give them hands-on experience of the products and their operation. Yet more spaces are dedicated to study and research, to acquire the knowledge necessary to interact with unexplored markets, emerging industries, and strategic sectors for the economy to come. These may be related to biomass processing, the production of renewable energy technologies, and the disposal of lithium batteries for accumulators and electric vehicles.

TAMA Aernova's production expansion plan is closely linked to the brand's commercial ambitions, and growth forecasts concern production and sales as much as human resources. With the opening of the new plant, a recruitment plan has been announced aimed at strengthening the workforce with engineers and specialised technicians, and a group of agents who, supported by the marketing and sales back office, will have the task of identifying the best professional and business opportunities to consolidate the leadership acquired and write the company's future.
