Powder coating

To ensure healthy air in the production area and the well-being of people working in coating processes, it is necessary to install an efficient filtration system for excess powder coating. The installation of Tama Aernova products optimized to this specific industrial sector, allows to obtain two great advantages:

• The opportunity to introduce purified air in the same working area without having to install ducts to convey it to the outside;
• The opportunity to recover the excess coating powder that during the process is separated and collected thanks to a special sieve installed on our V-Aren cyclones. In this way, waste are reduced to the minimum, since recovered powder can be reused.

In addition to the cyclone, other optimized products to treat coating powder are: cartridges filter MTJ, booth for powder coating and extraction wall for liquid coating, all of these are certified ATEX.
