Hyper-Oil
The HYPER-OIL filter by Tama Aernova has been designed and manufactured for the filtration of oil mists in the field of industrial processing, therefore it finds its application mainly in the mechanical engineering sector at the service of machine tools and automatic processing lines. The HYPER-OIL filtering unit is equipped with special cartridges wrapped in a single-filament PP matrix that generate a coalescence effect.
Advantages
The use of these filter elements is particularly suitable for heavy applications, in the presence of particularly dense oil mists, emulsive oil and graphitized oils. Thanks to an innovative compressed air cleaning system it can be applied to machines that work continuously 24h-24 / for 7 days a week. The oil cartridge filter HYPER-OIL structure is totally welded and made in modules so as to obtain different configurations according to the needs of filtration and air flow.
How it works
The air enters the filter unit from above and is conveyed towards the lower part of the filter. In the tank, the flow reverses its direction and continues upwards through the droplet separator and then the metal pre-filter. The flow then passes through the cartridge's outer mat and the cartridge itself. The filtered air is then conveyed from the filter cartridge outlet to the HEPA filtration module (if provided). If provided, the suction fan will be placed on top of the filtering unit. A low-pressure PULL JET system performs a continuous cleaning action by draining the filtered oil outside the cartridge and mat; this principle allows the continuous use of the HYPER-OIL. The pleated cartridge made of cellulose guarantees a separation efficiency of over 98% for particles with an average size of 2 microns. In the versions with HEPA post-filtration, the air passes through the absolute H13 filter, thus reaching a separation efficiency of 99.95 MPPS according to the EN 1822 standards.
Maintenance
The timing of maintenance operations is managed by the electronics of the HYPER-OIL. Thanks to the ease of access and extraction of the filtering elements, intervention timing are reduced to a minimum. The maintenance of all filtering elements is always done from the exterior of the filter, thanks to the horizontal position of the cartridges equipped with a double flange. The maintenance of each filtering element occurs always from the outside of HYPER-OIL, thanks to the horizontal position of the cartridges, provided with double flange. The maintenance technician will not come into contact with the exhausted filter elements and will be able to position them directly in special containers to be subsequently managed.
